Fees and Payments
We accept credit-card payment via MasterCard/VISA and American Express to rent baby gear. A credit card must be provided for all orders when you rent baby gear (regardless of payment method), and will be kept on file for security purposes.
We require full payment of your rental fees in order to finalize and secure a reservation of your baby gear rental items. Payment is expected in full at the time of reservation.
All rental rates are in Canadian funds, and are subject to applicable taxes. A pre authorization of $300 dollars may be required for high cost items.
Cancellation and Early Termination
We understood that travel plans can change, resulting in cancellation of your trip or an early departure. Our cancellation fees are as follow, accounting for administrative expenses and lost bookings.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the delivery date/time: full refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the delivery date/time: 50% refund of the original order amount
Extending Your Rental Period
Clients wishing to extend their rental period must submit a request more than 24 hours in advance. Little Monkey Rentals will do everything possible to accommodate your changing needs; however, we are unable to grant requests that negatively impact reservations made by other clients.
When you want to extend the time when you rent baby gear, your rental fees will be recalculated to provide you with the best possible rates. A revised quote will be provided for your approval prior to collection of the balance.
